Paws for Thought

Hello there! My name is Heather and I am the Owner of Call of Doody. I am an Air Force brat that has traveled all over the world. I live on the North Shore of Lake Travis in the Hill Country and I enjoy the outdoors. I have a son who graduated from Texas A&M University and one of my proudest moments is when I earned the title of "Aggie Mom"

For as long as I can remember pets have always been a part of my life and I couldn't imagine it any other way. I have over 25 years of experience in animal care and working with animals. I have volunteered countless hours at animal shelters and rescues.  I founded a 501 (c),(3) all-foster-based reputable rescue in Austin, and I am also a part of the Animal Relocation Team for the ASPCA.

Over the years, my interests have taken me to many facets of life.  But, throughout all of these experiences, my love and passion for animals has always been first and foremost and has never wavered.

I have a list of stellar references available upon request.  My references range from veterinarians, police officers,  dog trainers, boarding facilities, foster families, adopters, my former volunteers, and my regular day-to-day clients. I have built my reputation for outstanding service, one client, at a time by meeting the needs that both you and your pets expect and deserve.
